Promotions and Giveaways

AppQandA.com is nothing without its users. To encourage participation on the website, AppQandA.com will will sponsor promotions and giveaways from time to time. We plan on having at least one promotion or giveaway active at all times and at any given time there may be several. Expect to see things like merchandise giveaways related to the mobile industry and free or discount download codes for paid mobile applications. Each active program will be detailed out in its own section below. Once we start announcing winners after the first promotion or giveaway, we'll display that historical information on a dedicated winners page.

How To Enter A Giveaway

It's very simple. Ask a question or answer a question (or request or post a review) and share your post. Each post has it's own unique url which we can easily track with google analytics. For each unique visitor you get to your url, you get one entry in the contest. You can enter as often as you like. The more posts you make and the more you share them the better!

Here are some examples of ways you can share your unique post urls to enter the giveaway:

  • Facebook

    • Become our fan on Facebook. Each question and answer gets automatically posted on the fanpage where you can easily like it and share it with your friends.

  • Twitter

    • Follow the official @appqandafeed twitter account. Each question and answer gets automatically tweeted to this account where you can easily RT it and share it with your friends.

  • AppQandA.com Website

    • Take advantage of the share widget associated with every question and answer posted on the website to share with a multitude of different social and bookmarking services.

AppQandA.com Apple iPad Giveaway (On Hold)

Due to some unexpected legal issues, the original convoluted giveaway entry process, and some inadvertently deleted twitter and facebook entries, the iPad giveaway has been temporarily put on hold. Once all of these issues have been resolved, we'll be moving forward with the giveaway. Unfortunatley, to be fair, we'll need to start from scratch with this giveaway so all original entries will be removed. Apologies for this. I know some original entrants will be upset but hey, we're giving away a brand new shiny iPad here and we want to do it right.
